Programs that work for the most vulnerable

The strain of a profound and chronic illness or disability can tear a family apart. Families living in poverty are especially vulnerable. Social Workers at NAC have small caseloads in order to help every family member thrive.

NAC’s cost effective programs keep children from living in hospitals and other institutions and ensure that their needs are met in safe and permanent birth or foster/adoptive homes.
