New Alternatives for Children, Inc. (NAC) is a leading child welfare and social services agency dedicated to supporting families in which at least one member has a disability and/or chronic medical condition. Children and families enter NAC’s programs through the city’s foster care and preventive services systems, or via community referral. All clients have access to a comprehensive range of services, including medical care, therapies, educational advocacy, housing assistance, recreational and cultural opportunities, and intensive coaching.
NAC is seeking an Access, Thrive, Include (ATI) Coach to join its Futures program. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with adolescents with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) and brings creativity, persistence, and problem-solving skills to a collaborative and mission-driven team.
