NAC’s COO Appointed to the New York State Coalition for Children’s Behavioral Health
We are excited to announce that NAC’s Chief Operating Officer, David Goldstein, Psy.D. has been appointed to the Board of Directors of The New York State Coalition for Children’s Behavioral Health (CCBH). CCBH’s mission is “To ensure children’s behavioral health providers and families have access to a comprehensive system of services, resources, and supports.”
Dr. Goldstein has over 30 years of experience working in child welfare. He is a discerning mental health executive and senior clinician with proven success in building robust clinical service functions and implementing evidence-based therapeutic programs. Dr. Goldstein has been at the forefront of trauma-informed treatment for children involved in the child welfare system for decades. His appointment to the Board of CCBH and advocacy on behalf of children’s mental wellness is a testament to his leadership in the field of behavioral health.

CCBH is the premier voice for children’s behavioral health service providers and the children and families they support in New York State. The Coalition works collaboratively with all stakeholders to support the formation of policy that will best serve the needs of children with mental, emotional, and behavioral health challenges and their families. Most importantly, CCBH incorporates the voice of families with lived experience by having these members as Directors on the Board.” says Dr. Goldstein.
