NAC’s 2020 Women for Women Luncheon with Keynote Speaker John Dickerson
When the lockdowns in New York City made it clear we would be unable to hold our annual Women for Women Luncheon, NAC quickly pivoted to a virtual model, with guests joining us from all across the country. Our Keynote speaker was John Dickerson who spoke about his new book, “The Hardest Job in the World, The American Presidency” as well as giving attendees a behind-the-scenes look at politics, history, his career as a journalist, and more. Not only was it a fascinating look at politics and our society, but it was also a LOT of fun.”
It may have looked different than any of NAC’s previous events but it was a hit nonetheless, raising $30,000 for some of our city’s most vulnerable children. It is the support of NAC’s community during these troubling times that continues to make a lasting difference for our families. As the COVID crisis continues to escalate, NAC remains more committed than ever to ensuring the health and safety of the medically complex children we serve.
